Before You Pick Up
Our Party To Go collection makes it easy to create a beautifully designed celebration with the flexibility of warehouse pickup. Each package is designed for simple assembly so you can enjoy a professionally styled event at your own pace.
Please note the following before reserving your rental:
- A truck or SUV is required to safely transport our backdrop panels and display pieces.
- The rental period is 24–48 hours, depending on your reservation. All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon return time to avoid late fees.
- Clients are responsible for pickup, transportation, setup, breakdown, and timely return of all rental items. We recommend bringing moving blankets and straps to help protect the rentals during transport.
- For backdrop and balloon packages, all necessary setup tools and step-by-step instructions are included, making assembly quick and easy.

Indoor Use Only
Our backdrop rentals are designed for indoor use only. We do not provide the specialized anchoring equipment or weighted support required for safe outdoor installation. For this reason, backdrops should not be set up outdoors under any circumstances.
A Fancy Affair is not responsible for any damage, instability, tipping, or other issues that occur if a backdrop is used outdoors or installed in windy or inclement weather. Clients assume all responsibility for any outdoor use that is contrary to these guidelines.
