For Elite Endodontics’ first anniversary celebration, we partnered with the practice to create an elevated event experience that reflected the growth of their brand while celebrating the relationships they had built within the dental community. From initial concept development and event strategy through fabrication, planning, and on-site production, our team managed every detail of the guest experience. Hosted on the rooftop at Corrigan Station, the event presented unique logistical challenges, including high winds and strict elevator size limitations. In response, we designed and fabricated custom installations and rental elements specifically engineered for the venue, ensuring both functionality and visual impact. Working closely with the Elite Endodontics team, we developed interactive activations, curated guest experiences tailored to local referring dentists, designed custom photo opportunities, and created a branded merchandise display that became one of the event's most talked-about features. The result was a seamless, highly personalized celebration that strengthened brand connections, engaged guests, and showcased the power of thoughtful experiential event design.
